sporting industry, discover raw talent and empower athletes.
ABOUT US
BACKGROUND:
The Women in sports journey has been a challenging and strenuous walk for many years in trying to breakdown the gender imbalances and acquire equality in the sporting fraternity.
The outcry for equality and recognition of women is a universal challenge, and the sport industry is no exception. Till this day, women face inequality and do not have access to equivalent benefits as male athletes across all sporting boards. Despite the great strides and achievements that women in sports have obtained, women continue to be marginalized and overlooked are not given enough recognition as their male peers.
We have identified the challenges women in sport are dealt with and we have taken it upon ourselves to change the narrative in bridging the gap and providing tools and resources that will assist elevate the movement.
OUR VISION
The 20th Century portrayed great achievements for women in sports across the globe and has adapted fundamental changes in discussions around gender imbalances in Sport. We have spent time collectively uplifting, motivating and celebrating women across the world in their different sporting codes, creating tangible social platforms that engage on conversations that focus on changes that still need to be implemented, creating/suggesting solution forums to help change the narrative.

We aim to create a movement that enables mentees to engage with their role models, promote and uplift athletes on their sporting journeys and help them plan their future beyond sports.
